Pikes Perk made a name for itself (and won three Colorado Springs Indy “Best of” awards) as a coffee shop, but don’t overlook the smoothies! The ever-changing smoothie menu depends on which fresh fruits are in season, and a 20 oz. cup with a generous squirt of whipped cream costs around $4. The menu also includes soup, salad, sandwiches, bakery items, and specials for kids, and organic and fair-trade options are readily available. Four independently owned locations serve Colorado Springs.
