Selisha Early is someone you really want to get to know. Besides having a smile made for a TV cooking show, she also makes the best chocolate martini this side of the Siskiyous! The Local Dish couldn't pass up the opportunity for a front row seat at Lark's Restaurant cozy bar last week while attending the 2011 Oregon Chocolate Festival in Ashland, Oregon to catch our now favorite sociable mixologist shake up a White Chocolate Martini. If you think a blend of our local favorite, Organic Nation vodka from the great folks at Cascade Peak Spirits, a milky white chocoate liquer, super concentrated orange oil, grated orange zest, and a sprinkling of earl grey tea leaves sounds intriguing...it is!
