Ingredients
4 medium Gala apples
¼ cup dried cranberries
2 tablespoon sweet cream butter
½ teaspoon nutmeg
½ teaspoon cinnamon
1/3 cup brown sugar, packed
3 tablespoon Calvados
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350 F.
Core apples and place them in a baking dish just large enough to hold them.
Mix cranberries, butter, nutmeg, cinnamon and brown sugar together.
Stuff each of the apples evenly with the mixture and drizzle with Calvados.
Bake apples for 35-40 minutes until tender.
Serve with freshly whipped cream or ice cream.
