In the event that leftovers, Black Friday, and piles of table linens to wash fail to pique your interest as post-Thanksgiving activities, you’re covered. Many members of the Willamette Valley Wineries Association are participating in the 27th Annual Wine Country Thanksgiving.

Over 160 wineries from Portland to Eugene will be holding tastings, sampling cheeses, chocolates and other gourmet goodies, and providing live entertainment.
This yearly event allows the opportunity to meet and chat with the winemakers and other folks who work at the smaller, family-run wineries, and taste some wonderful new and aged Oregon wines while enjoying the last few days of fall before we slip into winter. Some wineries will be offering discounts only available this weekend, making it a good time to get some Christmas shopping done.
Bump along the back country roads and soak in the fading fall scenery or cruise up (or down) I-5 November 27-29 for the continuation of a perfect Thanksgiving weekend.
