Calling all cheese-lovers in the Portland area! This Saturday (10/8), the Oregon Cheese Guild presents The Wedge, a celebration of cheese where you can smell, sample, and buy some of the Pacific Northwest's finest cheesy goodness. And also talk with the cheese-makers about their craft -- plus stick around for beer+cheese pairings and spirit+cheese pairings, which happen mid-afternoon.
