Lucky for Eugene, there are a variety of great places to buy yourself a sweet afternoon treat or a great gift for someone special. Get ready for your mouth to water over these scrumptious confectionaries.

See’s Candy is a chain specific to the Pacific Northwest. Their boxed chocolates are available in several group varieties, including Nuts and Chews and Dark Chocolates. All pieces are handmade in their location at the Valley River Center, and are sold individually in case can’t wait to enjoy a dark chocolate peanut cluster or a milk chocolate truffle. See’s Candy gives off the air of an old-fashioned candy shop: the air smells like fresh chocolate and the workers behind the counter wear white outfits. Plus, they’re always offering free samples—definitely one of the best places to satisfy your sweet tooth.

Euphoria Chocolates is a chain of chocolate shops started in Eugene, Oregon offering high quality, handmade chocolates. They have several locations throughout the city, but their factory store is located on Stewart Road. At every shop, they offer the same delicious array of goods, including exotic Spice Trade Truffles, classic Oregon Wine Truffles, and adorable Oregon Duck-themed candy. Their cozy chocolate shops are a great place to buy locally made gifts and treats.

Chocolate Decadence is a line of dairy-free and gluten-free chocolate products manufactured in Eugene and sold at a variety of stores throughout the city, including Market of Choice. The best part about Chocolate Decadence is they strive to provide a sweet treat for everyone—even if you are lactose or gluten intolerant! Many of their products are also vegan friendly, including Chocolate Covered Cranberry Clusters, which combine the delicious taste of chocolate with the tart bite of cranberries. They also carry dairy-free fudge, such as the Dairy-Free Fudge With Walnuts, and Gluten-Free Cookies and Brownies.
