Thanks for letting us know about this Vineyard. I'll check it out when I get up there in the Fall. I'm also gonna check out Brandborg Winery...love their Reisling!
One of my favorites is to get some ground bison at the Grower's Market in Medford..I really like the Full Circle Ranch brand for bison burgers. I add some dried herbs, salt and pepper and then when I shape it, I tuck a piece of feta cheese in the middle so there's a little surprise when my dinner guests take their first bite!
Yep, saw them at the market for the first time on Thursday. I used to buy the spelt pasta from Dave before he passed away this winter. It was awesome! Pine Knob makes it but in linguini, which is heavier than I like. Looks like she's filling the need, though. Let's wish her success!
Yeah, we went on Saturday. Had just eaten lunch, which was a bummer because the fish'n'chips smelled GREAT. It was really fun to walk around downtown Medford; I never get down there. Suzannes seems like a great store!
